Aaron Kozhinoff has been promoted to associate sales person. A native New Yorker – Kozhinoff was born and raised in Queens. Here is where he studied Business at Queens College and began his career in Real Estate. He began working the Queens / Brooklyn residential real estate markets in 1999. Eventually Aaron switched to the commercial market in search of bigger opportunities. It is needless to say that this borough (along with Brooklyn and the Bronx) is his areas of specialty.

He is currently engaged as the exclusive broker to 102-01 39th Avenue in Queens. He has sold buildings ranging from a taxpayer at 64-08 Queens Blvd to 1020 Manhattan Ave in Greenpoint. Other notable deals brokered by Kozhinoff were the sale of 30-49 82nd Street, Queens and 212 Willis Ave, Bronx. These two properties were in fact each sold twice by Kozhinoff representing both the seller and the buyer.
