Edan Cohen has recently joined Itzhaki Properties as Sales Agent/Principal Representative. Mr. Cohen is currently working with Erez Itzhaki and other senior brokers at the firm to complete investment transactions and to identify new opportunities for the firm’s clients. Mr. Cohen recently moved to New York, after living in Miami, Florida, where he worked for a small sales brokerage firm as well as a mortgage company. He is currently working on a number of development sites as well as the sale of several mixed-use developments, both in Manhattan as well as in the outer boroughs.

Mr. Cohen’s hobbies include music production and he is well known for his strong work ethic and strong understanding of real estate market conditions.  He was born in Israel and speaks Hebrew fluently. 

 
DAVID WARREN, ASSOCIATE

David Warren has joined the Itzhaki Properties as an Associate. David Warren focuses on the sale of downtown commercial and residential properties, primarily in both the East and West Village and Chelsea. Mr. Warren often focuses on quiet residential transactions and he recently completed a residential conversion project. He comes from a family of real estate professionals, including both investors and brokers. In addition, Mr. Warren has recently purchased a residential investment property in Brooklyn, where he was born and continues to live today.

Prior to joining Itzhaki Properties, he worked as a principal in Brooklyn. He also has experience in retail management, and wholesale of luxury menswear. Mr. Warren attended Brooklyn College and he speaks Hebrew. Outside of work, he has performed on stage in numerous plays and has won acting awards.
 
MARCEL FRIDMAN, ASSOCIATE

Marcel Fridman has joined the Itzhaki Properties as an Associate. He was born and raised in Brooklyn and started his real estate career at the age of 18, working as a residential broker for People’s Choice Realty in Williamsburg. Today Mr. Fridman focuses on the sale of commercial and residential properties in Manhattan and Brooklyn, with special concentration East Harlem as well as Sunset Park, Willamsburg and Park Slope neighborhoods.

Mr. Fridman is currently working on several complex real estate transactions including a 7-story mixed use building sale in Midtown Manhattan, including 13 office spaces and retail space. He enjoys playing hockey outside of the office and has been honored with hockey and athletic awards in the past. Mr. Fridman is fluent in Russian.
