Mr. Efrati was born in Israel, however growing up he spent the first seven years of his childhood in NY. Upon graduating high school, Mr. Efrati served as a sergeant in the Israeli Air force for three years. When discharged he decided to move back to NY and help run his family’s retail business. After three years in the retail industry Mr. Efrati decided to pursue his long awaited dream of a career in the real estate industry. He joined Itzhaki Properties in May 2007, and has had continued success in facilitating transactions ever since. Mr. Efrati specializes in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate in Queens and has developed a savvy network of clients that he works with on an exclusive basis.

Some of his noticeable sales include: 215-31 Hillside Avenue, Queens village; A 26 unit garden apartment building complex with indoor parking and a private courtyard for $3,180,000, 6834 Forest Avenue, Ridgewood, NY; A three story Mixed use Building consisting of 4 apartments and 4 stores for $1,750,000, 3154 Steinway street, Astoria, NY; A two story commercial building with an AT&T franchisee as the single tenant leasing out the entire building which sold for $1,800,000, and a two building package; 311 East 80th & 339 East 81 streets; A four story and five story walk up building consisting of 38 apartments which sold for $7,900,000.

During his short tenure in the challenging and volatile industry, Mr. Efrati has managed to amass an exceptional amount of sales in the boroughs which resulted in his promotion to senior investment agent at the firm within his first 6 months in the business. In addition, Mr. Efrati has grabbed the attention and recognition of publications such as The Real Deal and The Real Estate weekly. Mr. Efrati is fluent in English and Hebrew and holds the qualities and communication skills that bring people together and make deals happen. Mr. Efrati is currently working towards obtaining his “Real Estate Finance and Investment Certificate” at NYU.
