He first gained his real estate experience in Israel, where he managed his own real estate firm. In the early 90’s, Mr. Itzhaki deciding that he needed to expand his horizons, and seeking new challenges, arrived in New York City.

From his first day, he was involved in real estate deals and worked for several prestigious firms. Mr. Itzhaki developed exceptional skills in both commercial building sales and retail leasing in prime locations. Working with high profile clients such as L’Oreal, Zales, Starbucks, as well as high profile investment groups, he has been involved in numerous multi-million dollar transactions. His retail leasing experience helped him evaluate commercial deals in a more perceptive manner than other agents.

Before long, he realized that it was time to branch out on his own, and Itzhaki Properties NY, Inc. was founded.
